The non-film management of radiology is a trend in today's international development of digitizing the radiographic. According to the authentic business research company Frost and Sullivan in the United States: “"The general radiology is a costly and inefficient sector of the radiation department. In the environment today concerning about Medical management, medical institutions continue to find ways to reduce costs, increase the operational efficiency, and increase the patient's satisfaction and non-film and is considered the best way”.  In 1990, digitizing film tools started to appear in the United States, Europe, Japan and other countries, and in 2002 with the PACS gradually rising in the world, Hospitals’ demand for digital film is rising also.
