A health record is not just entering paper-based medical records to the computer, it also records drips of the user's normal life health-related information, at any time, any place to collect the user's health information, it records medical history, course and treatment to complete the information integration based on the health of residents. The doctors can extract relevant information at anytime, anywhere to understand situation fast and comprehensively.
